Born This Way - Review
Born This Way album by Lady Gaga has all the elements from electro-sleaze beats and Euro disco chorus chants that lead to the success of the Fame Monster. The surprise is that way Lady Gaga pillages the Bon Jovi, Pat Benatar and Eddie Money records of Gaga's childhood. In early 1980s, radio music was full of tormented Catholic youngsters, from Madonna to Springsteen. Understandably Gaga grew up on this type of music art. She does not only give her Springsteen homage "The Edge of Glory" a solo, Gaga also gets Clarence Clemons to play the part. |
